Leads a production shift and technician team to manufacture, test, and deliver products while meeting safety, quality, and delivery goals.
What you'll do
- Manage and coach up to 30 production associates; set priorities and direct daily production operations.
- Maintain standardized work, inventory, safety, and quality processes; resolve production issues and track corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality, and report production progress, risks, and blockers.
