What you'll do
- Manage mechanical commodities and supplier production strategies from NPI through full production; assess supplier capabilities and support supplier quality requirements.
- Develop supplier manufacturing processes, production lines, tooling, capacity, readiness, and ramp-up plans.
- Drive supplier performance and improvements using SPC, root-cause corrective actions, and process and factory-layout optimization.
