Leads supplier industrialization for electrical commodities, qualifying suppliers and scaling production from new product introduction through full production.
What you'll do
- Manage electrical commodity supplier strategies, assess supplier capabilities, and support supplier inclusion on the Approved Supplier List.
- Establish supplier tooling, production lines, capacity, and process controls to meet quality and demand requirements.
- Drive supplier process and product improvements, cost and cycle-time reductions, and corrective/preventive actions.
