Leads supplier industrialization for electrical commodities, qualifying suppliers and scaling production from new product introduction through full production while improving quality, cost, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage electrical commodity supplier production strategies, vet supplier capabilities, and qualify suppliers for the Approved Supplier List.
- Bring up supplier tooling and production lines; lead capacity expansion, ramp-up, and process performance reviews.
- Drive supplier product and process improvements and close corrective and preventive actions with supplier and internal teams.
