Leads supplier industrialization for propulsion engines and mechanical castings, qualifying suppliers and scaling production while improving quality, cost, and delivery performance.
What you'll do
- Manage supplier production strategies from NPI through full production, including supplier capability vetting and production readiness.
- Bring up supplier tooling and production lines, oversee capacity expansion and ramp-up, and drive process controls and performance reviews.
- Lead supplier-side process and product improvements and corrective actions to reduce cost, defects, risk, and cycle time.
