Leads technical publications and writing staff to deliver accurate, user-focused product documentation and build scalable documentation processes for government customers.
What you'll do
- Coordinate writers and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, review, and deliver user-facing documentation on schedule and to required standards.
- Develop documentation processes, tools, training, and lifecycle practices that enable content creation across the business.
- Track delivery status, performance, risks, and resource needs; support staff development and documentation quality.
