Recruit technical talent for Anduril’s Maritime Division, partnering with engineering leaders to source, assess, and close candidates across software, hardware, and production engineering.
What you'll do
- Manage high-volume sourcing and candidate pipelines, using data to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Partner with hiring leaders on talent strategy, hiring requirements, and recruiting progress.
- Conduct interviews, engage passive candidates, and provide a consistent candidate experience through closing.
