Recruit software and hardware talent for Anduril’s Mission Systems team, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs and manage candidates through the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Source, track, interview, and close technical candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders on hiring strategy, requirements, and recruiting progress.
- Analyze recruiting pipeline data and improve sourcing and hiring processes.
