Own full-cycle recruiting and talent mapping for Anduril’s Global Logistics organization, partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Drive hiring strategy and manage full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume interviews, candidate communication, and reporting.
- Source passive candidates, build talent maps, and generate market insights using recruiting tools and techniques.
- Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience while partnering with hiring leaders and cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, and creating and advising on hiring/talent strategies.
