Leads full-cycle recruiting and talent mapping for Manufacturing teams, partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Own hiring strategy and manage full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume interviews and clear reporting.
- Source passive candidates, build talent maps, and generate market insights using recruiting tools and techniques.
- Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience while promoting diverse talent and Anduril’s value proposition.
