Recruit and close software talent for Anduril’s Space Division while advising leaders on hiring needs and talent strategy.
What you'll do
- Source, manage, interview, and close candidates while maintaining high-volume pipelines and a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape talent strategy and deliver on hiring needs.
- Analyze recruiting data and improve sourcing, candidate management, and hiring processes.
