Recruit and close software engineering talent for Anduril’s Space Division while partnering with leaders on hiring and talent strategy.
What you'll do
- Source, track, interview, and close candidates while maintaining clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Analyze recruiting pipeline and performance data, and improve sourcing and recruiting processes.
