Senior TPM, Mathematical Software & Algorithms

What you'll do

• Create and maintain execution plans, objectives, and release schedules; oversee testing, validation, deployment, and quality.
• Coordinate technical integration, resources, risks, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders; report progress and milestones.
• Maintain technical understanding of relevant algorithms and interfaces, and ensure project documentation and processes are effective.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub; must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with defense materiel leadership or mission partners and knowledge of counter-UAS and air surveillance.
• Experience working on or alongside teams developing mathematical software, such as optimization solvers, estimation engines, simulation frameworks, or applied probability models.

Pay

$144,000 — $192,000 USD (base salary)
