Develops and operates tooling and infrastructure to monitor, troubleshoot, update, and improve the reliability of autonomous Sentry towers deployed in remote locations.
What you'll do
- Monitor fleet health, remotely diagnose incidents, and perform root-cause analysis across hardware and software.
- Automate safe fleet updates, plan staged rollouts, and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
- Analyze recurring failures, provide reliability feedback to engineering teams, and participate in on-call or escalation rotations.
