What you'll do

  • Prototype, implement, and deploy path-planning, trajectory-optimization, and multi-agent coordination algorithms.
  • Build reliable, high-performance software for real-time C2 systems, including safe replanning in changing conditions.
  • Validate planner performance with simulations and integrate planning capabilities into production systems.

What they ask for

  • 3+ years of experience in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling, with C/C++ and/or Rust programming expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of path-planning techniques, including graph-based and sampling-based planners and online replanning.
  • Demonstrated GNC, trajectory optimization/prediction, and/or predictive vehicle-dynamics or weapon-effectiveness modeling experience.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Rust for high-performance, safety-critical software.
  • Exposure to mixed greenfield/brownfield codebases and production planning/routing stacks.
