What you'll do

• Build financial and operating models for financings, strategic transactions, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
• Lead transaction analysis and diligence from initial framing through close, including evaluating terms and negotiation positions.
• Drive ambiguous cross-functional initiatives from analysis and recommendation through implementation, and present findings to senior leadership.

What they ask for

• Experience at a top-tier investment bank and a buyout private equity firm, ideally including LevFin or Restructuring and industrials coverage.
• Exceptional financial modeling ability and strong command of debt financing structures, capital structure, and credit.
• Strong business judgment, operational orientation, and ability to work with incomplete information and drive decisions.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Direct operating experience; project finance, structured finance, or financing transaction experience; or exposure to industrials, aerospace and defense, or manufacturing.
• Former founder or early-stage operator; undergraduate degree in a STEM, engineering, or quantitative major.

Pay

$147,000 — $196,000 USD (base salary)
