Leads the formulators responsible for production, development, and research programs for solid rocket propellants.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of 3–5 formulators and oversee propellant programs and projects.
- Maintain explosive sensitivity compliance for safe scaleup and manufacture.
- Manage the group budget, allocate resources, and approve business-critical functions including safety, materials, statements of work, and capital expenses.
