About the job
Provides division-wide technical oversight of test strategy and evaluation for Connected Warfare systems, mentoring test engineers and supporting complex cross-system test problems.
What you'll do
- Review verification strategies, test plans, execution approaches, and reporting across programs; help ensure requirements traceability and test coverage.
- Mentor and provide escalation support to Staff and Lead Test Engineers, including root-cause investigation and limited hands-on support for highly demanding events.
- Promote reuse of test infrastructure and lessons, and represent test posture at technical reviews and customer acceptance events.
