What you'll do
- Manage and coach production associates; assign priorities and direct daily operations, work orders, and training.
- Maintain inventory, production records, pass-downs, and reports; coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality.
- Ensure safety, quality, standardized work, and continuous improvement; support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
