Leads supplier industrialization for electrical components, qualifying suppliers and scaling production from early development through full production while improving quality, cost, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Own electrical commodity supplier strategies and qualify supplier production capabilities, tooling, and production lines.
- Drive supplier capacity expansion, production ramp-up, process controls, and product and factory improvements.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on supplier quality and corrective/preventive actions.
