Leads business-side WMS strategy, implementation, and continuous improvements to optimize warehouse and inventory operations.
What you'll do
- Own WMS enhancement planning, requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization in partnership with IT/CorpTech.
- Serve as the supply chain inventory systems point of contact and WMS subject matter expert, including understanding WMS architecture and integrations.
- Drive warehouse-user adoption through process changes, documentation, training, and ongoing support.
