Supports and improves digital supply chain systems by triaging incidents, resolving operational and technical issues, and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
What you'll do
- Triage, troubleshoot, investigate, and track supply chain system incidents; escalate issues to engineering and develop workarounds when needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional problem solving, stakeholder communications, and resolution of complex system issues.
- Support implementations, upgrades, and migrations through user acceptance testing, training, change management, and workflow improvements.
