Provides onsite system administration and customer support for classified intelligence systems, maintaining hardware, operating systems, accounts, backups, documentation, and automation.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, and maintain network, computer, and software systems; manage accounts, permissions, and policies.
- Support hardware acquisition and deployment, backups, and disaster recovery; document system configurations and changes.
- Develop and deploy scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
