What you'll do
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and approved applications.
- Provide basic systems and network troubleshooting, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
- Document work and resolutions, support deployments and maintenance, and follow security and change-management procedures.
