Provides field and remote hardware and software support to integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and operate systems for Intelligence Community customers.
What you'll do
- Set up and configure hardware and software, pre-configure systems, and integrate them with program infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot systems and networking environments, including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based environments.
- Write training documentation and instructions for end users and internal program use.
