Owns department-wide intake, prioritization, staffing, and delivery tracking for Technical Publications work across programs.
What you'll do
- Manage Jira intake, triage, workflow governance, and priority routing; sequence and staff competing work.
- Track portfolio workload, throughput, blockers, delivery risk, and capacity; maintain leadership reporting and metrics.
- Run execution reviews and planning, reallocate writers, and coordinate with partner teams to align publication work with program schedules.
