What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews and offers, advising hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Develop recruiting strategies using prospecting tools, automation, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
- Advise on workforce planning and improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
