What you'll do
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies, candidate management, and sourcing processes.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning, complex hiring projects, and process improvements.
- Source and interview candidates, build talent maps, and use market intelligence to guide hiring strategy.
