Administers and improves customer-facing and internal learning platforms to deliver scalable training for operations, maintenance, compliance, onboarding, and product enablement.
What you'll do
- Configure Moodle-based and Cornerstone Learn platforms, including learning structures, assignments, permissions, and instructor-led training sessions.
- Manage and troubleshoot learning content and integrations; monitor usage and report on training activity and effectiveness.
- Establish platform processes and standards, document best practices, and support stakeholders using the systems.
