What you'll do
- Develop warehouse strategies, policies, procedures, and performance metrics to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Manage inventory controls and systems, including audits, cycle counting, material flow, and compliance with government property requirements.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team, collaborate across operations, and coordinate off-site finished goods with partner 3PLs.
