Applied AI Research Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop AI systems that accurately interpret regulatory requirements, conditions, and constraints.
• Design, prototype, benchmark, validate, and implement production software for inference, optimization, and other AI workflows.
• Build reproducible deployment pipelines for AI services and collaborate across engineering, science, domain, and product teams.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI systems.
• Experience with messy, complex real-world datasets and applications.
• Strong Python development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI for regulatory data or 3D data.
• Experience working in an early-stage company with rapidly changing requirements.

Pay

$150,000 – $250,000 annually (base salary)
