Supports employees’ day-to-day IT needs by troubleshooting issues, configuring accounts and devices, and maintaining corporate IT systems.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot user issues involving accounts, applications, hardware, and IT systems; provide executive support.
- Create employee accounts and deploy, configure, patch, and maintain laptops, workstations, and related equipment.
- Assist with cybersecurity and compliance, inventory management, onboarding, and user training.
