Owns the design and delivery of enterprise customer solutions, coordinating technical integrations and deployments from scoping through production.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end enterprise solutions and coordinate engineering, product, clinical, and customer teams to deliver integrations and deployments.
- Manage program planning, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers; coordinate incident response and postmortem follow-through.
- Develop lightweight processes, tooling, and playbooks to scale the deployment and solutions practice.
