About the job
Serves as a pre-sales technical advisor to GovTech customers, designing and guiding the evaluation and deployment of Claude solutions.
What you'll do
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and advise customers from discovery through deployment.
- Guide architecture and integration, support customers using Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise, and help develop evaluations.
- Deliver technical and business-focused content, coordinate with internal teams, and share integration insights with Product and Engineering.
