About the job
Serves as a technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers, designing and guiding adoption of Claude solutions from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
What you'll do
- Co-own strategic account plans and guide customers’ AI adoption strategies, architecture, evaluations, and deployment.
- Build customer-specific solutions and technical content, and coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and advance adoption.
- Identify integration patterns and communicate customer needs and product direction between accounts and Anthropic teams.
