Build and scale commercial launch operations and infrastructure so Anthropic can bring products to market efficiently as its roadmap grows.
What you'll do
- Run commercial launches end-to-end, defining readiness needs and coordinating paths to launch with product teams.
- Identify and resolve launch bottlenecks by improving processes, systems, and cross-team ownership.
- Develop launch program components and improvement workstreams, including readiness criteria, playbooks, metrics, and workflow automation.
