About the job
Leads content strategy, content systems, speakers, and session design for executive programs serving Anthropic’s strategic customers.
What you'll do
- Set the content strategy and maintain an up-to-date library of modules across executive programs.
- Recruit, coach, and prepare speakers; design and tailor sessions, demos, and discussions for executive audiences.
- Manage the content team, measure program effectiveness, and route customer feedback to relevant teams.
