What you'll do
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions and strategic partnerships, including due diligence and integration.
- Assess strategic opportunities through market analysis, financial modeling, and valuation; present recommendations to leadership and the board.
- Build the corporate development function and relationships across the AI ecosystem, including with cloud providers and enterprise customers.
