What you'll do
- Build strategic customer relationships and coordinate account plans with Sales, Applied AI, Product, and other teams.
- Lead customer adoption, change management, technical and governance preparation, and strategic or one-to-many enablement programs.
- Monitor usage, conduct impact reviews, quantify outcomes, and create repeatable customer success playbooks and metrics.
