What you'll do
- Own data strategy and execute data operations for research across RLHF, safety, tool use, and agentic workflows.
- Manage vendor partnerships and build scalable technical data collection frameworks and pipelines.
- Develop quality standards and evaluation frameworks, and lead initiatives to improve research velocity and operational effectiveness.
