About the job
Leads end-to-end technical enablement for the Claude Developer Platform, creating demos, labs, training, and self-service resources while partnering with product and go-to-market teams.
What you'll do
- Turn platform launches into demos, hands-on labs, and quick-reference guides; deliver training and coach technical sellers.
- Build self-service enablement resources and tooling, and gather field feedback to inform product and content improvements.
- Track usage and feedback to assess enablement effectiveness.

- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement.
- Experience writing production-quality code and building technical demos.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agents, including tool use, MCP, or agent frameworks, beyond prompting alone; experience using AI coding tools in daily engineering work.

Pay
$290,000 — $365,000 USD annual salary (base salary)
