Leads the Claude Platform developer relations team and strategy to grow developer adoption, improve integrations, bring developer feedback into product decisions, and promote responsible use.
What you'll do
- Set strategies for developer discovery, integration growth, and educational content; use data and feedback to prioritize initiatives.
- Recruit and lead a globally oriented developer relations team, developing its culture, processes, and growth paths.
- Represent developer needs across Anthropic and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Communications, and Marketing.
