What you'll do
- Apply ASC 842, ASC 810, and ASC 815 to infrastructure, lease, joint-venture, and energy arrangements; prepare technical analyses and memos.
- Partner with Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and external auditors on contract decisions and accounting matters; explain financial impacts to stakeholders.
- Mentor accounting professionals and improve technical accounting processes and automation, including use of AI tooling.
