About the job
Leads order-to-cash assurance by auditing pricing, billing, collections, and related controls, addressing root causes, and scaling accuracy and compliance through systems, automation, and AI.
What you'll do
- Design O2C audit programs, accuracy measures, and continuous monitoring; investigate findings and coordinate root-cause fixes.
- Own O2C policies and controls, review processes and commercial models, and partner with auditors and cross-functional teams on compliance.
- Embed controls in systems and deploy AI and automation for exception detection, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and evidence collection.
