Leads the Enterprise engineering team building scalable systems and features that enable large organizations to deploy Claude across Claude.ai, Claude Code, and API.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop engineers; own planning, prioritization, delivery quality, team health, and incident response.
- Partner with product, design, sales, customer success, security, legal, and other engineering teams to turn enterprise needs into platform solutions and roadmap priorities.
- Drive compliance and platform readiness, and recruit, onboard, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
