About the job
Leads the team building and operating Anthropic’s finance platform, including governed event ingestion, an accounting ledger and engine, and production services that ensure financial events are recorded accurately and traceably.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and grow engineers while setting engineering quality standards.
- Own delivery and production reliability of finance event, ledger, accounting, and supporting platform services.
- Align APIs and data contracts across engineering, product, finance operations, and auditors; improve the time needed to support new products and compute buildouts.
