Leads strategy and operations for Anthropic’s Forward Deployed Engineering team, owning planning, performance reporting, commercial models, and partner-led delivery.
What you'll do
- Build annual and quarterly plans, demand and capacity models, and staffing scenarios for FDE.
- Lead business reviews, define KPIs, and build reporting on engagement outcomes and economics.
- Shape pricing and partner-delivery models, and lead cross-functional projects and reporting automation using Claude.
