Leads Safeguards incidents involving AI systems from declaration through closure, coordinates responders, manages urgent escalations, and improves incident response operations.
What you'll do
- Assess incident severity, coordinate cross-functional response, and keep leadership and partner teams informed.
- Oversee the Safeguards Enforcement on-call queue; triage urgent requests and route escalations.
- Lead post-incident reviews and improve runbooks, procedures, metrics, and automation.
