About the job
Provides end-user IT support and improves support operations, device management, and automation across Anthropic’s primarily macOS environment.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, account, device, and SaaS issues; provide hands-on user, AV, conference-room, and printer support, including on-call coverage.
- Support employee lifecycle and access workflows; maintain device management, identity, and access systems.
- Document support processes, identify recurring issues, and help improve and automate high-volume operations, including with Bash or Python.
