Build and operate Anthropic’s white-glove IT support function for executives, their administrative business partners, and board members.
What you'll do
- Establish executive support intake, service standards, runbooks, SLAs, and escalation paths; manage requests end to end.
- Provide discreet executive and board support, including device and account setup and AV preparation and live troubleshooting.
- Work the shared IT queue, contribute to knowledge resources, participate in the Core on-call rotation, and maintain an on-site presence in San Francisco.
